We are a staff-led church. This means the staff is responsible for bringing the plan, and the leadership team speaks into the plan and helps influence the plan. The Leadership Team supports the vision of Encounter Church.

Our church prioritizes developing leaders and volunteers in every aspect of our ministry. We believe that each member of our body has a unique gift to offer in service of the Gospel. Our volunteers are the driving force behind every aspect of our church, from children's ministry to the parking team, to worship leaders on Sunday mornings.
